Andrew Pierce met Ashley Hudson at the church they went to in Hamburg. They knew then that they were a perfect match. Ashley Hudson was only 17 and had never been with a woman before, so they took the time to get acquainted. The two fell in love on first glance. Andrew asked God one final item to do on New Year's Day right before 2016, which was that Ashley said yes to marrying Andrew. Ashley wanted to design a wedding with a folk woodsy theme, which could truly reflect her as well as Andrew. In order to create the perfect wedding, Andrew and Ashley decided to take a little inspiration from the things they adore. Ashley was a child on the 40-acre property that was chosen for the wedding venue. From the trail they walked towards the field that where the couple proposed in Ashley was a keen observer and played in all of it. Andrew and Ashley had also walked this area several times since when they first started dating. The importance of personalization was that the couple did almost all of it themselves. Andrew's father as well as Ashley as well as Ashley created the wedding ceremony arch and the the seating arch. Ashley made and painted some of the decorations for the wedding. Ashley states that the wedding wouldn't have been as beautiful without Anna's amazing floral designs, our wedding wouldn't have been as magical and intimate as I had hoped. Truly breathtaking.
